HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped by sending a request to the chat support team on our website or email us at namaste@mezposh.com or call us at +91 99993 31787 Mon-Sat (9:30 - 18:30). After the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return products, up to 7 days from the date of delivery by sending a request to the chat support team on our website or email us at namaste@mezposh.com or call us at +91 99993 31787 Mon-Sat (9:30 - 18:30). After your request is successfully processed, we will arrange a reverse-pickup for you. In case the reverse pick-up is not available for your pin code, customers can self-ship the items to Mezposh.
- The item(s) should be unused, unwashed, and unsoiled.
- The product should be in its original packaging & have all the tags in place.
- The invoice received should be sent along with the items(s)
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
The refund will be initiated post receiving the product at our warehouse. Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original source. COD orders will be refunded to the account details submitted while requesting a refund. For orders where the customer has self-shipped the items, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed along with your refund. All refunds are subject to the quality check of the items received at our warehouse.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your refund it initiated, it will take 7-10 business days for it to reflect in the original payment source in case of prepaid orders and the bank account provided in case of COD orders.
